Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Saipan. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote locations may experience longer transit times.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

While we carefully inspect every piece before shipment, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to make this process seamless while protecting the quality of our designer collections.

Key Policy Details

• 15-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Original Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all components
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (except for damaged/incorrect items)
• Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the exclusivity of our collections, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom Orders: Any furniture pieces made to your specifications
• Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as non-returnable during checkout

Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with:

• Return authorization and instructions
• Our warehouse return address in Saipan
• Special packaging instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

• Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all materials
• Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
• Ship to the provided address using a trackable method

For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Exchanges: Replacement item shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your return

You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-3 additional business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
